GFI lpg (autogas) premium quality systems,  assure maximum accuracy in fuel delivery and parameters stability. This company is a part of M.T.M. corporation and partially uses the same components as BRC kits: electronics, mounting kit, Genius MAX reducer and GFI reducer in less powerfull configurations. But the main "fruit" of this system are the GFI injectors(made in USA), which can be mounted directly i the manifold, as petrol injectors are installed. From my personal observations, I have never faced such accuracy in fuel delivery in vapor lpg injection systems before:

There is no doubt that Mercedes-Benz offers a cutting edge technologies in comfort, power and fuel economy.

 

It is always a challenge to convert Mercedes-Benz vehicles to autogas, because you have to work in ZERO BUG TOLERANCE approach to assure the same comfort of vehicle use, as it was offered on petrol.

 

The main difficulties during Mercedes conversions are:

-very small space for placing additional components

-very high standards for fuel delivery and though its controls and measurements of combustion

 

This conversion took us 4 complete working days but as a result even an automatic calibration could be considered as definitive, even without road tests.

Honda CR-V 2.4 GFI EZ-Pro/EZ-Start Plus lpg system


Honda engines were always famous for sharp and smooth working and reliability. And it is not a secret that these characteristics require pretty precise fuel delivery in all modes. GFI gas inectors are made in the way to be fitted directly into the inlet manifold. This approach garantees very precise lpg dosage and intime delivery to the inlet valves. 

 

You can also noticeat the photos that GFI lpg injectors are fitted in the same place and position al petrol injectors. We know that this is unique injector which can be fitted in this way.

We have tested on the road the combustion quality with GFI injectors and seen the short and long fuel trims to be like frozen near "0" on idle , low and medium loads that means PERFECT combustion and great linearity.
